Ownselves - Cheap.. but u have to make sure ur car is cLEAN! non tinted glass! familiar with all the damn procedures... Headlamp problem

Dear all EVO master , I notice that E9 headlamp driver side, I found got water Inside the headlamp, it happen in night time when I on the light , may I know what cause this problem ? Maybe cause by the HID ? Or .z...
