hello, i have a 1996 proton wira 1.6, the car haven't been used for more than a year and the road tax was expired on march 2011, now i want to make the car live again, the problem is now i cant find the old owner and i don't have copy of his passport, my question is what is the process to change name and renew the road tax along with insurance (third party) for my case?
and how much it will cost me in total?
btw i do keep the car geran letter

Process of Changing Name - 1) Puspakom Inspection 2) Buy Insurance 3) Change Name at JPJ 4) Buy Road Tax. If you don't have copy of his passport, I can adjust 4 you no big deal.
