Build your network of colleagues and friends in office.6) Constantly motivate urself in work, have high integrity, be humble to learn, admit mistakes, teamwork emphasis, etc. There are difference between a leader and a manager.Actually lot more of such philosophy in working environment, but no matter wat all dis principles are the same and no matter we are working for ppl or we are as own boss also the same.
