Knucle/Lugs conversion, waja - fto - evo

i'm planning to change my knuckle from stock waja 4x114.3 to 5x114.3.. currently i'm using front 2 pot evo3 caliper on waja stock knuckle & stock caliper+disc+knuckle on the rear.. the closes i can find after do some research is fto knuckle.. so i'm about to take my friends fto knuckle & disc front+rear but the caliper he take.. so my question is fto & waja knuckle really plug&play? also if its is pnp.. can the evo3 & stock rear caliper be install to the fto knuckle as in will be using the fto knuckle+disc with the evo3 caliper+waja caliper?? any sifu can help enlighten me?
