Eventhough the warrant is out, they can't go and tangkap the 66 year old uncle unless he is driving the car at the moment then caught him. There's a lot of technical issues involved. I know coz i've gotten away with it before using technical references. There are ways of conduct that has to be complied. If not, surely you can fight the police in court, stating misconduct or illegal procedure. The judge here this, straightaway u off the hook and the police got suspended. Not as easy as 1...2...3.. rite? <br /> <br /> I'm sure the warrant is out for the owner of the car. Even if the police stopped the car at roadblocks, they can't arrest this bugger coz the owner is the 66 year old uncle. They only thing the police can do is have a "just-cause" warrant issued for the car and that they can search the car for possible weapon or illegal substances. In this case, the iron rod definitely qualifies as a weapon. <br /> <br /> Again, police force is undermanned.
