it's about 20% Addtive + 80 mineral oil. You can say that it's semi-syn.
I don't think there's an engine oil with 100% additive to make it a fully-syn. Correct me if i'm wrong.

"Semi-synthetic oils (also called 'synthetic blends') are blends of mineral oil with no more than 30% synthetic oil. Designed to have many of the benefits of synthetic oil without matching the cost of pure synthetic oil.
Lubricants that have synthetic base stocks even lower 30%, high-performance additive packs consisting of esters can also be considered synthetic lubricants. In general, ratio of the synthetic base stock is used to define commodity codes among the customs declarations of tax purposes."

So, if no more than 30%, the Eco Oil (5w-30) is a semi-syn if u want to call it a semi-Syn. The Super Street 10w-40 has about 25% additive, so it's still a semi-syn maybe and the highest grade of M7 oil which is the Pro Racing 15w-50 comes with approx 55% additive, so that makes it a fully-syn.

baically, the best mixture for most kind of engine oil is 75% mineral + 25 % Additive.

Recommended service interval is 5000km or depends on how u drive.
