'Hard disk' sound beneath dashboard

Hi, my Altezza frequently emits this sound akin to like how hard disk operates..i believe it's from a computer box located beneath the dashboard.

I really need your help here..I sent my lexus IS200 for timing belt change recently and my foreman said that my crankshaft timing pulley is already worn out and needs to be changed..He couldn't find it...

Small hairline crack at exhaust portion of turbo

How would the turbo behave if there is a small hairline crack at this part of it?

New to turbo stuff... thanks sifus.
