I dont know the truth in that but , ive come across lots of ppl recommending to just get players alone, besides its just what you're basically buying it for.Anyways no offence aiight, as its only my thoughts and view on it.The D-NE300 model i forgot to mention, plays CD, CD-R, CD-RW formats burned in different bitrates perfectly with no skipping ( i know as i have tested it... hehe = P)[ took 3 hours to compress the files from mp3 320k to 34k but the result was satisfying: 326 CD quality mp3 files burnt in one single cd!!! of course not the one dollar wan la.. a branded cd]And, Sorry guys but only the models above are available, no mini hi-fi sets and so on.mr.remos, i frankly do not know what is HI-MD..mr.parit fc, you've got pm..The cd/mp3 player does not come wit the backlit remote it is an optional asscesory you can get from any authorized Sony Dealers throughout the country , but the display on the CDplayer is backit wit orange illumination. Whereas, the MD players comes with the display remote!
