Put back the local speed meter, swap Speed and Rev needle to red. While doing i clean the meter face place, and also the running number, and adjust the number from 17x,xxx to 7x,xxx (my 1/2 cut mileage), this needle are from W10 turbo (SR20DET). This weekend will go chop shop try search for the small red needle (maybe N15 meter).
BTW, i notice the speed meter from japan and Local are the same everything the same, only thing that make it 180 km/h its because the jumper setting.. the JDM have difference jumper, and the Local have difference jumper setting. If your local one spoiled you can go get the jdm version dismentel it, change the face plate to 260 km/h, set back the jumper (need to solder and desolder) and it should run.
