Scissors lift for car

Hi,
I am looking for used scissor lift for car. Hydraulic unit that can support at least 3 tones. New one are expensive thou, more than RM10K.

Anyone know where can I find that? I heard from my friend used one can...

lowering bonnet

is it possbible to DIY lowering the front part of the bonnet? I mean like tilt a bit lower down... cause my engine so damn dirty la... cannot tahan... worst thn WRC car(heh heh)
