What spec? E33A (Super Saloon converted) or E39A (original). If the latter, expect to pay around RM 28-32k cash. If the former, around RM 16k to RM 20k cash.

More than 10 years definately no loan from banks. Credit companies maybe can but at 8%! Personal loan also can... but varies from 10% to 15%! Crazy!

just giving u options since there is no loan provided.
there is many bank giving personel loan today,
std charted, hsbc, rhb,
if u working with gov, u can try bank islam or bank rakyat..
