Is it okay for street use i.e. idling/air con problems? at that specs, looks like a Jun Type 2 specs?

no problem at all. the low cam adv duration is 252 in , 252 ex.
for jun type 2 low cam 260 in , 256 ex. high cam lift 304 in ,304 ex.

previously used this cam with rechipped ecu (j5) idle was smooth.
