My car have a big 'scratch'

guys, i need some advise.. i got a big 'scratch' on my car body. from what i see, the body paint was not scratched away (i think). So, do you think that i can just send to polish instead of re-painting the whole panel? How much would this cost me?

Or is there any others solution? Please advise... thx!!!
