Message: <blockquote data-quote="kurt_629" data-source="post: 1064405424" data-attributes="member: 154967">hi,just wanna share my journey in the tribunal..i bought a car, 1 month back. at the point of purchase, was ensured that the car was free from accidents etc.until we went to malacca for a road trip but the car beginning to feel shakey and unstable.went back and consult a workshop, was told that the car got an accident as the undercarriage had a huge crack. bonnet crack too.so we went to the dealer and complained, left the car for 2 weeks and was told that all things were repaired..went back to consult workshop again, it didn't... all they did was to spray black paint on it which your kids probably could do it too.pissed off and feel cheated again and again.hence decided to take things on my own, repair cost around rm 3k - 4k.today, i called up the salesman as he said will settle the bill but after hearing the amount, he mentioned that he's not liable and will call me back when possible. waited for the whole day but he didn't.hence, we went to make a police report and shared the above story.we intend to file a claim in tribunal.as owner of car is my wife, while myself already became singapore.. she's always had poor views on malaysia governing bodies..we also fear that our car or ourselves could be targeted by the dealer..we really hesitated.. but this is too much for me to swallow.. i don't like to be cheated, repeatedly.my only concern is that during the purchase of the car, we did sign on their terms and conditions.and even mention that car is inspected by pupaskomp..will this be a disadvantage to me?i doubt even the pupaskomp can see it as it is hidden by the wheels.. once removed the wheels, you will see a huge crack underneath.i already took all the necessary pictures of the cracks and damaged parts resulted from the accidentthanks to brother Danz for sharing this wonderful experience of his, now, please guide and support us.we need some good advices and encouragement.</blockquote>

[DIY] Replacing A/C Compressor Belt

Didn't take any photo due to time constrain.

Basically, the belt started to give me the annoying "chet chet chet" sound whenever it gets hot. SC says no need to change since it will cost a lot if I let them touch...
