Good morning sifuss

I need some advice on which brake pads to run for my 2020 Saga.

I used to run Remsa pads—I really liked the bite and grip—but they're always out of stock.

I've heard Brembos tend to be quite noisy.

Are Trestor Blue Advantage pads overkill for an economy car, or are they still a good option?

Uluyam,Genting,highway stuff

Would love your guys advice/input cuz low-key scared Im wasting my cash for too power brakepads when the car isn't that fast.

I would not say Trestor Blue Advantage is an overkill. Even though it cost more than the Remsa, but is still in the 100 plus region only. Overkill will be like EBC or Project U pads that cost a couple of hundreds.
Having said that, I am a Trestor BA user. Have them in my Hyundai Sonata 3 and my VR.
In my VR I have used Bendix Metal King 3 times. MK Plus, MK Gold and MK Titanium.
The moment I jump into the Trestor felt the difference. Bite from cold, whereas the MK needs warming up. When really hot the MK does fade a little whereas the Trestor hold out.
Another thing is MK wear the disc more.
Only dislike for the Trestor BA is it dust too much. Much much more than the MK.....

You are welcome. And since you do Genting runs and touge (ulu yam) is better you have some better brake pads....
