Need help from Merc S320(1993-1998) owners.

Hey guys,
anyone buy chance driving an S Class 1993-1998? Would appreciate if someone can find out what does this lights indicate in the picture? The stupid car doesnt not have an owner's manual, so i'll appreciate if someone could check out what this lights means.
btw all the car lights and indicators seem fine.

usually its due to the light kaput, or the light wiring goes haywire. My friend s320 also had this prob, just tighten all light cable
