Need help on absorber and bush

Hey guys.. I'm driving a Waja 2001 model. I changed my rim 1 year ago to Enkei RS 5 sports rim 17" with Michellin MXF sport tyre 205/45/17. Will my stock suspension system spoil my tyre?
What is the use of bush and when to change the bush in my car?

Your stock suspension will not spoil your tyre

the bushes are to improve your car handling especially if your driving habits are very 'rough'
