I also realise that a budget of RM2k will be very tight for the whole TD04 project. But i'm thinking about doing it step by step like u mentioned. But the problem is there are a lot of things that i'm not familiar with. Things like:1) Wat is an SAFC and its purpose?2) Wat is an FCD and its purpose?3) Wat is an FSE and its purpose?4) Wat is SITC, SMT, OBIT, Unichip, Motec, Haltec and Microtech? Wat are all these and its purposes? Can u be kind enuff to explain its purpose and functions that can contribute to my car?5) Are all the things stated above compatible with my car (i.e. can all these be installed in my car?)The reason for question 5 is becos i bought a speedmeter from Pivot only to find out later that it cannot be installed in my car becos it isn't compatible with my ECU system. So i have a reason to doubt whether all the items u have mentioned (e.g. SAFC which i have heard of before from Apexi but have no idea wat it does) can be installed in my car or not. Can u pls advice?I've upgraded my stock rubber brake hose to stainless steel RS brake hose with EBC brake pads recently (with current stock L2S disc brake rotors), really good! I've also changed my exhaust system from the bullet stage onwards with 2" straight flow piping as well as an open-pod Apex'i air filter as a better intake. However, my boost haven't gone up. I don't feel much difference. My boost level still remain at 0.7bar boost (at stock level). Could it be that my straight flow piping diameter is too big?I'll be first spending RM1.8k nett on fully adjustable hi/lo and hard/soft coilovers from TiTAN with complete optimum tuned settings this june. Next i'll be upgrading my stock clutch to Exedy racing clutch. These 2 will be my next upgrading project that will commence in June.
