New Windscreen for 1990 MR2

do you guys have any idea how much is the replacement cost for 1990 mr2 windscreen?

fyi got it approx rm500 but it is overseas and excluding the sub assy i.e. sealer, stopper, labour etc

but currently on holiday overseas
replacement windscreen is roughly rm500+ without the sub assy

i also asked about pile of orders and the shop said they will assist for the shipping.

still i need to know how much is the replacement cost in malaysia to check whether it's worth the hassle.

much to my suprise, he said the windscreen mostly coming from vietnam n indonesia which i think should be cheap in msia, shouldnt it?

u got buy insurance coverage for windscreen ? if you have it, then throw a brick on your windscreen then go claim insurance lo hahahah ..

at sunway there's a Windscreen shop behind the corner michelin tyre shop (facing the traffic light).

I was quoted Rm550 for a civic hatchback windscreen, including installation.
Sure was more reasonable than the RM800 that a paintshop wanted :)

instead of giving remark of getting an insurance which sound not quite intelligent to my question.

nevertheless i didnt buy the glass coz no money and no time to see the forwarding agent
however, should anyone keen to get a pile of order, let me know coz it worths the hassle.
