Newbie askin' for opinion...

Does anyone realize the pearl white skylines are actually in a fader complexion compared to the white ones or the QM1 ? How can we restore the white pearl? I have seen most is200's white pearl, theirs seem more vibrant and not as dull as the ones in nissan.

Thanks bro Liner for the feedback...I'll view one more GTR V Spec 1 this weekend...Will inform the outcome...By the way, what's the market price for a USED GTR 34 V-SPECS II year 01..??? And how about the market price for the used GTR 34 V-SPECS 1 year 2000...Need this info the understand the market price before make any offer...Thanks bro...

i dont think there is a fixated market price for these cars. But since its a genuine vspecII and given if the condition is average to above average, its a good buy i think for 265k considering years ago people pay near 300k for just a vspec.
If its just a normal vspec, give or take around 10-15k less than a vspecII. But thats how i will intepret it. Different ppl might have different opinions

Mistaken Identity,
Maybe russwestwood can do a check for you on the Nissan FAST.

To strengthen my point about the Year, Spec and Model post, have any of you seen the recent Extreme Kars Performance Car Magazine?
It's the August 2007 issue with the MRS with the GULF Le Mans color scheme in the front.
There is a write up on a Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec II belonging to one of the guys at Red-Ace Engineering, the company responsible for products and aftermarket parts under the brand SPS or Safety Performance Style.

Can any one tell me what's wrong with it? *laughs*

It's a V-Spec II right?
Everything looks right from the outside... The clear front signal lamps, the carbon fiber bonnet with NACA duct...

But Wait...
There's something wrong with the interior.
Why is it grey with red stitching?
Why is there a DVD navigation unit below the air conditioning ducts?
Why are 'Aluminum sport pedals' made by "RAZO"?

Fishy eh since it's supposed to be a V-Spec II?

Just got hold of the magazine today, the centre console suppose to be iridium color too, so is the air condition position, suppose to be higher. Not very often you can find the seatbelt sash still on the seatbelt. But this car has it. They also didnt take pictures of the rear calipers and rotors.

I have read from somewhere that the vspec and vspecII version , or rather the series 1 and series 2 r34gtr have very slight changes made to the steering wheel... i cant identify whats the difference besides the different colored stitchings. Is that all?

wow Liner.. u really know ur Vin plates... u been a skyline dealer before? hehehe

Mistaken Ident: I think RM 265K for a year 2001 V Spec II c/w V-con pro is a good deal if the car is in good shape. Have a compare with the V spec that u drive next and see how u find it.

Well, V spec will be cheaper than 265k now. I bought my 2000 V spec for 290k last year.

Also look into the loan.. if its unregistered it will be about 3% and 2nd hand malaysian owner will pay about 5-6%!

Yo Mis ID... where you viewing the cars in JB? Dealers or directs? May be interested in checking them out too... hehe...
