Stock CD Player

Anyone have attempted to fix this? Or any way to buy new stock one?
CD not stuck, CD changers also working fine. Just that CD player sometimes does not want to play...and display "Error-1"

Pimping my Lancer GLX 2005

First stage - very simple mod when I first bought it in October 2005:

EVO8 front bumper
