This way if one bank of cylinders was running rich/lean, the computer could compensate, to some extent on one bank only.Look at the position of your current O2 sensors. There are a lot of 1st gen B16's in the US but no one really makes a header for them. I think hasport may make one specifically for the double O2 setup, but I have never seen one.If you have a PR3 ECU, then you'll either have to pay a exhaust shop to weld up another bung, so you can use two O2 sensors, or you can splice both sensor wires into one sensor, which will make it run a little bit rich. You can correct that by getting a heated O2 sensor, and that should lean it out a bit.
