Overhaul kit for changing flywheel and clutch

Since I am going to change into a racing clutch and flywheel do I really need an overhaul kit?
What does an overhaul kit must contain?
Is there an aftermarket overhaul kit?
Its for the 2zzge engine from the celica GTS.

Overhaul kit? Racing clutch you just change and fit in, not sure what to overhaul, unless you mean clutch master pump etc....

There is no need to overhaul unless the engine is still doing good and no signs of leaking, since you can take out the gearbox without removing the engine head/block.

Unless your engine is not yet transplanted into the car then you might consider doing an overhaul for a peace of mind.

Yes, there are some aftermarket overhaul parts like thicker gaskets, uprated valves and valve springs, and you can consider stage 2 or 3 camshafts, higher compression pistons if you are going extreme on NA, etc.
