here's the speaker pic. i'm sure u've seen this model of altec lansing. for processor, u want the motherboard olso or not? if include motherboard with the speaker, i giv u 380 . if not including the motherboard, 270. yes, the processor include fan n heatsink. its a standard amd fan. personal warranty for 2weeks time. location preferably arround pj or subang. sms me if u r interested ok
