perdana absorber question

i recently changed my suspension and absorber from perdana standard sei to GAB malaysia brand and i noticed that during small bumps and holes on the road my car feels uncomfortable..

there are maybe 2 causes ,the first being i traded my 16' for 17' and the tyres look a bit worn out compared to my 16' tyres OR is it because my car is lowered?

any help is greatly appreciated
