Pioneer Mp3 Player

Yesterday I just bought a new CD/MP3 Player. Before that I was told that Pioneer does not produce the MP3/CD/VCD player. If there is a VCD function then no MP3 ..Dunno whether that's true or not...

But today I was told by my friend that Pioneer does have the MP3/CD/VCD player. The model should be DEH6XXX .... So I feel that I was cheated .... The problem right now is can i convert the player to play VCD? Got people says that cannot ....... and only normal CD player can convert to VCD ...This is due to MP3 head is quit different ..

So ...any comment?

wat HU u bought? i knew that pioneer playerdin hav with VCD player?? wat u mean convert the movie file to VCD? or u mean convert the hardware...

erm ... all i know is ... pioneer DEH 6*** can play mp3 and support iPOD only but need the iPOD adapters... if u wan to play vcd or dvd u have to buy higher range of pioneer players, kenwood, clarion, alpine ... etc ... i dont think u can convert a normal cd player to a cd player which can play vcd
