RB20/Need rims 17" with low budget

I am currently having my A31 planted with RB20 DET. Should be ready within 2 weeks or so. Found out that the rims are a bit too small for the 4 pot caliper. Any one out there wants to get rid of their rims to get new ones please let me know. My budget is only 1k though, may be I can spend somemore depends on the rim condition, quality./look. Also, in the near future I would like to have a bigger intercooler placed behind (or is it in front?) the radiator but I heard too big is not good as well. Any advice I would certainly appreciate. Thanks.

Can't help with the rims, but a medium sized intercooler with a water sprinkler system is best if you are going for a big turbo... :)
