im taking about the offset...
the suit offset for civic is around 40 ~45...(correct me if im wrong)

"sagat" mean the fender will rub your tyre...

did you try run yours 35 offset rim on civic (SO3/SO4)?

standard 40-45 is true.. i've a fren using 35 isnt a problem.. to what i know but i believe a lot of civic using 35 nowadays.. believe me i'm using 28-29 on my civic.. maybe you should try ask other ppl on suggestions also if you cant accept my answer.. thanx bro
