In view of the increasing inquiries on how to replace the above item into your AE2, I think it's better to explain here than replying all the PMs.. First of all, look for it. It is very very hard to get hold of a good condition set. Wonder why the hafcut fellas alwiz ignore the rear seats..:( Leaning portion 1. The one from AE101 confirm cannot fit into your cabin. It is much smaller in length and do not have separate shoulder rest. 2. Cut out the linen and paste back into ur original seat. u may like to replace the black cloth as to make it look like new. Before sewing it, make sure you adjust the line so that it will be parallel with ur seating set... juz as shown. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v303/cmchang/backseat1.jpg Seating Portion 1. 2 door and 4 door AE101 have slightly different seating design. As I've acquired the 2 door version, this will involve careful cutting. 2 door version will feel like bucket seat for two. 2. The side will point towards the wall, becoz of 2 door car body. Therefore, we need to cut it so that the angle is as such that it will not block our leg from getting in. 3. Get the foam from the leaning portion and add some to the side so that it will not leave a gap in between your shoulder rest and the seating part. 4. If you think the seat is potruding out thus lessening the legroom, go ahead and cut around an inch at the front and re-wrap back. Note that there's a metal line running through the front portion, use that as your limit. 5. The original front hook will NOT clip to our car.:( So, use a slap of metal and screw it into the body. The back portion is easy, you may use back the screw and tighten it. I know it is hard to visualize it, but please bear with all these words first. Once I take proper pictures, I'll slot it in for better understanding. Remember to engage good cushion fitter. I've approached many and most of them are reluctant to do it because they so used to re-wrap plug n play cushion. I found mine in Ipoh. As for the seat, go to all the car cushion shops like those in Sg Buloh -Kepong stretch, Batu Caves, Kajang. If you are dead serious, show them the picture and deposit, ask them to kautim with the hafcut fellas in the next consignment. I found mine in Hobby Auto & Cushion Supplies., Ipoh (05-321 4012, 019-767 3593 -Ah Wai ) Good Luck.
