Rim Dish Cleaning

Hi guys,

Does anyone know how to get rid of stains on the lip/dish of the rims (deep dish style). I skimmed the dish sometime back and i think they didn't spray a layer of lacquer. Now after a year, the water, oil, dirt marks have stuck to it. I tried using some rim polishing cream and also tried autosol and it's still won't come out. Any ideas besides reskimming and applying a lacquer?

Or any shops you can recommend that can polish it?
