HKS hipermax II or Tein Super street on rx8?

Should i go for HKS HIPERMAX II used ( 30,000 km ) on it ( RM3200 ) or should i go for tein super street ( New ) RM4500 .. on my rx8..This rx8 gonna be my daily driving car..and i wan to go lower with it with 19inch...
