I like fresh oil in my engine as regularly as possible.. Hence have always been running on mineral oil since I got my car. Since its so dirt cheap and I can change it the night before any track day.. and drain it instantly after the heated run and all cost me for less than RM80. Mobil 1 Super XHP 20W-50 has always been my choice of oil. Actually, wouldn't mind putting any reputable oil comp's engine oil into my engine. As long as u get the viscosity right. Btw, there is an Idemitsu workshop just opened somewhere in Sunway, haven't got the chance to check it out yet. There is a spring loaded bypass in the oil filter, if the filter element gets too clogged unfiltered oil fill flow through there.. since its better to have dirty oil than a blown engine..</blockquote>
