Hi guys,

I love older contiental cars and I got myself a Saab 900S a few months ago. Even though it has served me well, I have difficulties with maintaining this car and it has inherent problems as it is a 22 year old car. Now I wish to strip and rebuild this car from the ground up. I have two major problems at the moment; one in finding the 2006 2.3L Turbo Aero Saab engine, and secondly, finding a good, knowledgable and honest customs shop to help me in rebuilding the car. I have some ideas what I want to do with the car but still need expert opinion.

Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance guys.

there is a shop at the subang airport area....workshop full of Saab engine and all....since my dad bought his 900S there...

Thanks

Adeen, do you have the number or address of the place? It would be a great help to me.

Aerofit, I agree. I saw the potential in my Saab in this link. Same series but done really nicely (http://www.cardomain.com/ride/705500) but a bit of an overkill. I just want to keep the external as original as possible but do up the interior and the performance.

Will keep you guys updated when its done.

Thanks for the help.

The advantage of the 900S is that it has a huge engine bay. Someone actually tucked a VW 3.5 GTI engine in it before.

i'd have to get back to you about the name and address.....i'll go ask my father about it...

my father does not remember the address.....but i've got the shop owner's number here....

it's 0122093623...his name is JAMES....u can ask him urself about the name and address of the place...
