I hope you do have backup for those files hidden inside the disk.

What I'll do is, buy another 250GB disk, and copy everything inside, and just keep at somewhere safe, no dust whatsoever, sealed it properly, keep it as backup. It could be your 10 years collection of files inside, be safe than sorry. Just fork out additional RM200+ as Insurance. :tongue:

Yeah .. im using 3 x 250GB .. and now left oni 2 worr.. but dunt worry .. i always have ghost of all my files ;) .. all are safe!

2 years and gone so fast ? must be alot of file transfer being taken by that hd . lol

speaking of hds , i still have this 40gb IDE still using , but as " tumbdrive " - IDE-usb cable . blardie reliable WD hd .

Great .. i also use my pocket HDD .. but use small 20GB oni .. enuf for some technical software, mp3's and car clips :)

sometimes i too wonder what's the purpose of some of the topics created on general talk. Maybe after this i'll create a topic just to tell that i just bought a new shampoo. Of course i'll add the pictures of the shampoo heh heh heh :shades_smile:
