Sentra QG18DE ecu trouble HELP

I have a Nissan sentra year 2003 and i had a lot of jerking issues. Basically i brought it to the shop to diagnose and its said to have sensor issues and they replaced the crank sensor and camshaft sensor and reconnected the ecu and it is still showing the same error so the foreman said the ecu is faults and he cant find a a replacement.
I need advice from how to go from here as my car is in melaka. Where is a place i can get an ecu?

Ecu code number is MEC13-411

Hi fadin, mind to tell what kind of error code did you get?
QG18DE's ECU is very expensive. New unit cost RM6200 from Tan Chong . Used unit is very very difficult to find...
But don't worry, most of the problem can be fix.
The more detail you description the problem, the higher chances we can fix it.

Yes bro well the codes i will get from my foreman tomorrow and post it here. For now i prefer a temporary fix as my car is in process of selling. So something temporary would not be an issue. Is there anyway i can repair the existing ecu bro?

Hi Fadin, we don't temporary fix the ECU problem.
We will fix it until you can safely drive it w/o having any issue again.
