my bro's fd3s no idling when engaging gear (M/T) when aircond switch on... funny part is it's ok when the aircond is off... really need help here...

I managed to do it on my car, Kancil 850EZi DOHC EFI last weekend...but i do it the wrong way around so my car eager to upshift instead of...
