new one is top up rm 100 touch&go, u pay another rm 100 to get new smart tag, so total is rm 200

yaaa right new one coz...rm200...but u get rm100 topup...but they not sell saperately....so u need cashh rm200...to buy it...my one...just rm80...and u can top up rm20 anytime using your ic or buy a top up card...soo for the budget one this is the one....
