Then PHFSA 1998 goes on to say that these healthcare facilities may be granted the licenses to provide private dental facilities so basically all it means is that someone who isn't a doctor/no medical background whatsoever can own shares in a corporation that is licensed as a private hospital and under the same roof that hospital is able to provide dental healthcare as part of its wider range of services so long as clinic operated and run by qualified individuals. Basically, despite one of the shareholders/partners at the very top not being a medical practitioner, the provision of dental services is still allowed.What you're proposing is a dental center with satellite clinics in future which is nothing like the above situation at all as you're not offering other medical services so you're not recognized as a provider under the PHFSA Act. The Act allows private dental clinics like companies providing in house dental care for their employees, etc and a few other instances but not a chain of dental clinics. Anyways, I'm not a lawyer and I just skimmed the Act very briefly as all my notes are about the investments details and your proposed equity structure, etc not the legality of it just yet. Anyways, any interest from the Arabs so far? How about the travel health portal - did you send that out to middle eastern investors as well?BTW, since it's free and friendly advice, you're getting ONE associate not any of the partners, certainly not a legal team but you don't need lawyers to improve your proposals as that's just one small part of your proposal - just to make sure you don't end up fined 5k and serving jail time haha.
