Hi all, I used Civic 1.7 (facelift) since Dec 2004 and got self crash sometime in Aug 2006. Everything replaced by Honda OEM and covered by insurance. It is almost a year at the workshop. Start using back the car from early 2008 and the sound problem begin. Until now even everytime send the car for service, they cannot fix it.
Two area that give sound:
1. somewhere undercarriage at driver side - sound something flapping to floor or vibrate when driving in the heavy rain. When increase the speed, sound also hi and the car become heavier. My last service at 70k, Honda man said that the problem come from streering rack. So I replaced that but when the rain come, the sound still there.
2. something vibrating the driver's door or near driver's door - this occured at speed more than 80km/h and after I replaced the front right fender. This sound like loose skrew left inside the door but actually in front the car.
I'm fed up with Honda now. Everytime told them, they need time to investigate. Last they check the car took 3 weeks but at the end nothing fixed. Anybody can help me, please?
