don't use them, waste memory.
but i have this cool program i use when i wanna *WOW* visitors.
it lets me make my windows wallpaper either as random moving pixels like a screen saver or a mpeg/dvd/vcd movie as my wallpaper....hehe B)

did u install Kazaa Lite ? hehe or any other programs
ok here it goes.. there are some computer system that
do not update their hosts files
its located in c:\windows\system32\dirvers\HOSTS
it has all the DNS that has been cached and recorded.
the format will be like

"203.115.193.188 zth.com #2003-12-17 07:39:35"

this is the ip after zth is resolved..
so some domains are saved there together with its ip
where if it still having its old ip address.. then all the site wont work

heres what i added to my HOSTS file..
"127.0.0.1 zth"
hehe.. i type http://zth i will be directed to zerotohundred :P
for more faster zth viewing.. add zerotohundred.com DNS ip also :)

ok back to the problem..
so i suggest u just clear all the address there..
just leave LOCALHOST

127.0.0.1 is the default windows IP for your computer.
every windows computer which isn't assigned an IP sets its own IP as that.
its also a favorite IP for hackers to hack, as sometimes when you're connected to the internet (modem) but not yet assigned an IP you're open to attacks.

erm 127.0.0.1 is the localhost adress ma..
but i installed apache :) so it points port 80 to my apache server

using it as a proxy? coz if not it just reads the cache on your computer ;)
