When the ECU is reset, all traces of error codes are erased. To determineif you still have a "knocking" situation you will have to drive the car around for awhile to allow the ECU to detect and record the error, knocking usually occurs during hard accelaration and if the knocking is still there the error code will show up when you initiate the diagnostic procedure, be very careful during hard accelarations and beprepared to lift off your foot when your hear engine knocks or it's going to kaboommm!.The high pitch humming sound is a norm when using a GTR fuel pump, could your problembe because you had switched it back to your standard fuel pump?, maybe your standardpump is weak?.
