hi bro.. if not mistaken, the loan shud be can get about RM7xk. Since the market value is RM8xk for yr 2000 according to the bank!! (cos i jus done my insuran with the bank, and the banker told me that the loan can up to 85% out of market value). Btw, its depend to the buyer document as well!! TQ!!
