At Wangan..... 10w40 for RM240 and 15w50 for RM295....... All 5 liters.....

that's very pricey......
we FD owners, normally stick to mineral oil.... 20W50... RM 50 :)
high powered normally go for synthetic which is less than 200 also...

i heard from RX7club.com one of the builder mentioned that of all engines he pulled out... engines that uses synthetic oil tend to be wearing less compared to the mineral oil...

i guess i might try semi sync someday.
