Tweeter no sound after replacing HU, Using 4ch amp

Hi everyone,

Previously i am using JVC KD-G396 with 1 pair RCA out, after replacing this HU with Pioneer DEH-3050UB with 2 pair RCA out, my component set tweeter is very soft and almost no sound but i already on the volume very loud and my 6x9" speaker is working normal, btw i am using 4 channel amp.

And one more question, why when the bass hit my player light and all the room lamp will dim and if i on louder then once the bass hit then the speaker will no sound when the bass hit..my car has not enough power?

And when my player i playing song. i on my HID fog lamp then the speaker will cut off..then i need to off the player and on it again only got sound..

sounds like:
1. electrical issues. (Battery or alternator?)
2. Amp gain might not have been adjusted properly or your setting on the HU.
