Twin Turbo Kicks in Twice.?

Sifu,Guru outthere..just want to ask
im using a 6a12tt...the turbo kicks in twice is it..?
cause i can feel like the car kicks in the another turbo about 5k rpm...is it ok with that..?

it supposed to kick in simutaneously. its not like the rx7 fd sequential twin turbo.

i think the boost from the 2 turbines not equal. thats why the feeling like boost comes in twice. mebbe one actuator open slower a bit.
