i'd like to change my tyre...but a bit budget so want to find something cheaper.

my rims are 14" so something cheaper than outside but quality not bad...

Ya i heard many many ppl will say klang ..klang ...klang. Even KL shops here also recommend me to go KLANG to buy rims or tyres. They say bloody cheap there. But dont really know the location of jln kapar (as many say this road have many tyres shops) ... anyone have map or any big landmark we can look out for ? thanks alot...
