service only if u want it to be like new one, normally used item people will service first or u can ask ur mechanic whether need to be service or not...coz there's no problem with the absorber when i used it before...i change coz wanna try the gas one...

i think around 100 or below but i think if u not service also still can be used..no sound coming from the absorber when i used it b4...can ask ur mechanic whether need to be service or not..
