Viper voice module got 2 models, 1 is the universal (model no 516U) wan the other 1 is the programmable wan (516L). Both can be used in a factory alarm system, although using the programmable wan is a bit wasteful coz it has additional features which cannot be used on a factory alarm system.The cost of 516U is about RM300 whereas the 516L is more expensive, close to RM1k.Not sure on other voice modules, never came across other brands.</blockquote>
