Even on idling during rainy days, I get mist on the windscreen. Silicon hose for radiator?

Hi guys,

I'm in the mist of looking for a radiator hose replacement. Heard good review for silicon hoses. Any idea where can I get hold of it. If possible, please include brand/price/contact.
