You introduce some new technology or new business process to increase effectiveness and eficiency but they refuse to work with you because it would require them to change, more work, more thinking and less of what they are used to. It really is a "Who moved my cheese" situation. These people are "happy with status quo". That phrase describes it so well.</blockquote>
